It's always lovely to receive positive feedback from members / clients, so we thought we would share a few comments that we have had so far :)

Hopefully there will be many more to come in the future too.

Agility with Mike and Julie is learning and practicing around well thought out courses with excellent equipment and coaching. Safety and the dogs best interests are a priority. Both Mike and Julie put a lot of effort into the classes and helping overcome any problems to get the best out of both you and your dog. Whether you plan to compete or not agility with MJS is a fun bonding hour with your dog.

Douglas and I have been attending weekly classes with Mike and Julie for almost a year now & we both love it - it’s not as easy as it looks, us humans seem to need far more instruction than the dogs but it’s a great thrill when perseverance pays off! Mike & Julie are welcoming to everyone, whether your goal is to compete or just have a bit exercise and we have plenty of laughs along the way too. Happy to recommend...

We started with the club about 7 months ago and can’t recommend MJS highly enough.. Mike and Julie are very experienced and understand dogs and their little traits and foibles better than anyone I have ever known.. Dudley has been an older agility hand for a few years and is loving his new venue and romps about with renewed gusto .. Hattie is learning new equipment slowly but surely.. Mike and Julie have utmost patience and it’s paying dividends.

We love going to mjs agility. Evie has developed from an excitable, single minded typical terrier to an exciting responsive dog who has the best fun. I have developed skills I didn’t know I had ! It’s great fun, fantastic bonding and pretty good exercise for us both. Mike & Julie are great trainers and excellent behaviourists.

Thank you Mike and Julie for your visit today to see how Jack Dog growls and barks when answering his door bell ringing. It was like magic how you both calmed him and stopped him barking and made sense of his other bad habits learnt from being a rescue puppy. I am now more relaxed about him and I am sure we can build on your good sound advice.
Thank you so much .

We have only been going for a few weeks, but both of my dogs love Mike & Julie (which is pretty amazing as my girl isn't a people dog, but she ran straight to Mike).

I wanted agility training that wasn't too serious, and fun for my boy. They seem to have found the perfect balance between learning the intracacies of KC Agility Training while having fun with your dog.

Have been attending agility classes since April last year, thoroughly enjoying it. Mike and Julie always give plenty of encouragement and constructive criticism. Have just got another dog and will definitely be taking him when he is old enough. Thoroughly recommend it, fun for both dog and owner.

I attended until ill health forced me to stop, I can honestly say I was impressed by the friendly welcoming atmosphere. Mike and Julie are knowledgeable and made my Sunday mornings a highlight, yogi loved it.

Can't recommend them enough and have been to friends! I've learnt so much and only been twice with our puppy's look forward to it and the pups love it too even if they are gobby at the moment! Thank you so much to both of you xx

We had our first session with our 4 month old puppy today. We were really impressed with both Mike and Julie, they're really nice people that obviously love what they do, and have a tremendous amount of knowledge.
There are still spaces for beginners like us, so please don't hesitate to get in touch with them, it's a great opportunity to socialise your puppy too.

Julie / Mike,

Thank-you soooooooooooo much for your help today. You have really put my mind at ease about Buzz. I will definitely start implementing your ignoring technique.

Will let you know how he is getting on when I see you in a couple of weeks.

Good Luck this weekend.

Thank you for the training session today, I found it really useful and enjoyed seeing that the biting was stopping. Once it has stopped I think I will be running better again. See you next week.

Thank you ever so much for tonight's training, I have come away feeling really positive for once. I can really see improvement now. I think it has helped that I have seen other dogs doing exactly the same as Hazel, makes me realise that my dog isn't the only bitey one. See you next week.

Hi both
Just to let you know that the new head halter arrived today in a very fetching red!  (Black medium out of stock!) He has been out for his first walk on the new halter this afternoon and was really good. Have found a comfortable lead/walking position as instructed, a good place for treats and it works like magic. Husband still does not quite believe it. Now I look forward to a walk with confidence and do not fear oncoming pooches any more. What a difference - thank you both so much.
This weekend will hopefully cement the training further still and I hope to get back to you to request not a one-to-one training session again but an agility training session.
Huge thanks once again
Kind regards
Carolyn

Hi Julie,

Many Thanks for that ( Black Dog Head Halter Link ), I have now ordered one, It made a huge difference using that one to using the chain and it also was a massive help to me having that initials first training lesson I don't dread meeting other dogs on walks and it is lot calmer in my household just over night .
A big thank you and see you on Thursday.

Hi Mike & Julie

Thanks so much for an amazing day at Hatton.  Brandon had the most amazing time, it was a fantastic highlight, he learnt so much from you.  You are great at what you do and it is clear in the relationship you have with your dogs.  Thanks so much for the great one to one session!!!!!

Hi Julie & Mike

Just a note to say thank you for being so kind to Amy yesterday and letting her have a little training session with Dexter (as well as letting her meet your new baby!).

Hi Julie,

I just wanted to say a big thank you to both you and Mike for today. Ethan and I really enjoyed the session, and I know the dogs did too. (I had to lift Plato's rear into the boot of the car because he was too dog tired to do it himself, lol.) It warms my heart to see the advances that Scrappy continues to make, I know he can be a pain with his constant marking etc but I had to keep it together seeing him finally letting go and playing with a toy. I think the individual time also allowed him to get to know you both a bit better which can only be a good thing:)

Anyway a big thank you and hopefully we might be able to sort out another lesson for next week.

All the best

Hi Mike and team.

This is a quick thank you to all of you who were involved in the Rippingale display yesterday. It was great!

You will, of course, be receiving an official "thank you" but I wanted to give you an immediate message of appreciation in the meantime.

 Regards

Hi Julie & Mike

Just a quick note to say that Dexter and I really enjoyed the agility session yesterday afternoon.  We think we redeemed ourselves somewhat after last Thursday's less than brilliant performance!
